With the advancement of Internet technology in our country,MOOC and flipped classroom have gradually entered my country's education system.Making good use of the two teaching methods is conducive to the further improvement of students'autonomy.This paper mainly discusses the application of MOOC and flipped classroom in the physical education of secondary vocational schools,hoping to better strengthen the teaching effect of secondary vocational physical education through the two teaching methods.
