摘要
高校食堂承担着为师生提供餐饮保障的重要任务,直接关系到师生的健康、生活和学习,关系到学校的稳定。以厦门理工学院为例,以高校食堂食品安全管理为研究对象,结合当前管理现状,分别从责任机制、管理制度、防范体系入手,探究构建高校食堂食品安全管理的长效机制。
The university canteen undertakes the important task of providing catering guarantee for teachers and students,which is directly related to the health,life and learning of teachers and students,and the stability of the school.Taking Xiamen University of technology as an example,taking the food safety management of university canteen as the research object,combining with the current management situation,this paper explores the long-term mechanism of food safety management of university canteen from the responsibility mechanism,management system and prevention system.
