摘要
领导力培育是高校人才培养的重要内容。朋辈教育作为新型教育模式,通过潜移默化和言传身教的教育方式,提升高校学生领导力。该研究采用结构方程模型探究朋辈教育模式的功能(参照群体功能、主体关系功能、群体压力功能、社会学习功能)对高校学生领导力(影响力、决断力、前瞻力、感召力和控制力)的影响。研究表明,朋辈教育模式总体对高校学生领导力有显著影响,其中社会学习功能>参照群体功能>主体关系功能>群体压力功能。观察学习法对提升高校学生控制力的影响最弱,观察者的身份让学生处于被动地位,难以把握和控制组织的发展方向和战略实施过程。此外,朋辈教育可通过社会实践培养模式和朋辈群体的人格魅力影响高校学生的领导力。
Leadership training is an important content of talent training in colleges.Peer education,as a new type of education model,improves the leadership of college students through subtle and tacit teaching methods.This study uses Structural Equation Model to explore the impact of functions of peer education model(Referring Group Function,Subject Relationship Function,Group Pressure Function,and Social Learning Function)on college students’leadership(Influence,Decisiveness,Foresight,Charisma and Control Force).Studies have shown that the peer education model has a significant impact on the leadership of college students.Among them,Social Learning Function>Referring Group Function>Subject Relationship Function>Group Pressure Function.Observation learning method has the weakest influence on improving the control of college students.The identity of the observer puts students in a passive position.It is difficult to control the development direction and strategy implementation process of the organization.In addition,peer education can influence the leadership of college students through the social practice training model and the personality charm of peer groups.
