一个人的生命过程需要经历许多个阶段,其中在教育方面就有胎教、幼儿园、小学、初高中、大学等,在知识的学习内容上,小学这一阶段是作为奠基部分的重点。在这个时期,是学生的人生观和价值观正式进行塑造的好时期,这个时候,孩子所处的外在环境和生活方式会对他的一生都造成影响。然而在这一时期,基本上学生接触最多的就是自己的班主任老师,在这个时期,学生的自我控制能力还不够完善,所以可能会导致教师在教学的过程中并不能顺利进行。所以我们可以认为,在小学期间,学生和班主任建构起一个良好的师生关系,是可以提高教师在工作过程当中的效率,以及合理地影响同学的交际能力和师生之间的关系,也可以为学生的日后发展奠基良好基础。

A person’s life process needs to go through many stages.Among them,there are prenatal education,kindergarten,elementary school,junior high school,university and so on.In terms of the content of knowledge learning,this stage of elementary school is the focus of the foundation.During this period,the student’s outlook on life and values are formally shaped.At this time,the external environment and lifestyle of the child will affect his life.However,during this period,basically the most contacted by the students is their class teacher.During this period,the students’self-control ability is not perfect enough,so it may cause the teachers to not proceed smoothly in the teaching process.Therefore,we can think that during the elementary school period,students and class teachers build a good teacher-student relationship,which can improve the efficiency of teachers in the work process,and reasonably affect the communication skills of students and the relationship between teachers and students.Lay a good foundation for students’future development.
