各类技能大赛对职业院校的教育教学改革起到了重要作用,是职业院校的一项重要工作,而参赛选手的选拔和训练则是竞赛准备工作的核心。笔者结合城市轨道交通列车司机赛项技能竞赛对选手素质的要求,对选手的选拔方式、训练计划的安排和培养过程进行了详细的阐述。通过对竞赛选手培养的方式分析,对城市轨道交通车辆专业的教学改革具有促进作用。
