高职院校电子商务专业教学渗透人格教育的研究

摘要 结合电子商务专业的具体服务功能,以及社会经济进步的需求,要求电子商务专业应积极培养具备良好科学文化素质、创造性思维,以及能够熟练掌握与灵活运用该专业技术能力的综合性人才。这一目标的实现对学生具备健全的人格非常重要。经过调查发现,高等职业学生的学生,具有一定的独特性,其本身的特点就决定了他们的人格特征与普通的大学生存在严重的差异性,特别是电子商务专业的学生在人际关系、自信心以及集体荣誉感方面严重欠缺,相较于普通院校的大学生存在更加严重的问题。因此,在高职院校电子商务专业日常的教学工作中积极渗透人格教育的相关内容非常重要。实现这一目标,需要教师积极地探寻多种创新性的教学方式,引导学生逐步走出课堂,借助一种自然的方式,从学生的意识形态开始向学生逐渐渗透人格的教育。 Combined with the specific service function of E-commerce specialty and the demand of social and economic progress,it is required that e-commerce specialty should actively cultivate comprehensive talents with good scientific and cultural quality,creative thinking,and ability to master and flexibly use the technical ability of this specialty.To achieve this goal,it is very important for students to have a sound personality.It is found that the students of higher vocational college have a certain uniqueness,and their own characteristics determine that there are serious differences between their personality characteristics and ordinary college students,especially the students of E-commerce major in interpersonal relations,self-confidence and collective honor.There are more serious problems than college students.Therefore,it is very important to actively infiltrate the relevant contents of personality education in the daily teaching work of E-commerce major in higher vocational colleges.To achieve this goal,teachers need to actively explore a variety of innovative teaching methods,guide students step by step out of the classroom,with the help of a natural way,from the ideological beginning of students to students gradually infiltrate personality education.
