闭环式管理在医疗护理中的应用现状与思考

Application Status and Thinking of Closed Loop Management in Medical Care

随着国民保健、维权意识逐渐增强,对实现高质量的预后要求以及完备的医疗护理技能水平日益加重。就此引人深省,近年来闭环式管理在医疗卫生领域饱受热议且被广泛应用。该文综述闭环式管理相关概念,指出该模式在护理管理层面、临床护理教育层面、临床护理专业实践层面的应用现状,简要评价分析该模式处于国内的研究现状,明确指出当下亟待深入探讨的问题,以期为该领域进一步研究提供参考。

With the increasing awareness of national health care and rights protection,it is increasingly important to achieve high-quality prognosis and complete medical care skills.In recent years,closed-loop management has been widely discussed and widely used in medical and health fields.This paper reviews the related concepts of closed-loop management,points out the application status of the mode in nursing management,clinical nursing education and clinical nursing professional practice,briefly evaluates and analyzes the research status of the mode in China,and clearly points out the problems that need to be further explored,so as to provide reference for further research in this field.
