核心素养视野下乡村教师专业发展路径研究

摘要 "教书育人"表明了教师这个行业不仅要教给学生理论知识,最重要的是要让学生在思想道德和综合素质方面都能有所提高,形成正确的人生观、社会观、价值观,为国家做出贡献。只有人才源源不断地涌出,才能推动社会的不断发展和进步。教师在教育方面作为一个载体,必须拥有相对应的能力给予学生适度的引导,才能向学生传播理论知识,培养学生的综合素质,成功培育出符合社会发展潮流的时代新人。而乡村教师肩上的担子更为沉重,作为乡村教育的先驱者,应为学生起到良好的榜样作用;作为一个先锋模范,教师更应当以培养学生的综合素质作为首要目标,然后在教学过程中不断探索与研究,寻求专业方面有质的提升。 "Teaching and educating people"shows that teachers should not only give students theoretical knowledge,but also improve their ideological,moral and comprehensive quality,form a correct outlook on life,society and values,and contribute to the country.Only with the continuous flow of talents,can we promote the continuous development and progress of society.As a carrier of education,teachers must have the corresponding ability to give students appropriate guidance,in order to spread theoretical knowledge to students,cultivate students’comprehensive quality,and successfully cultivate new people in line with the trend of social development.However,the burden on rural teachers is heavier.As a pioneer of rural education,he has played a good role as an example for students,as a pioneer and model,teachers should take the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality as the primary goal,and then constantly explore and research in the teaching process to seek qualitative improvement in professional aspects.
