翻转课堂教学模式在金工实习课程教学中的实施策略

翻转课堂教学模式在教学中的应用展现出积极的意义。随着高职教育教学改革的不断深入,以往传统教学模式已经不适合目前人才培养需求。从应用型人才培养的角度出发,做好课程设计,把视频技术、网络技术引入"金工实习"教学过程之中,尝试翻转课堂的教学模式。特别是在金工实习教学中,由于存在各种各样的问题导致实际教学质量不佳。针对这一教学现状,现在将翻转课堂教学模式与金工实习教学相结合,希望能够为提升金工实习教学质量提供有价值参考。

The application of flipped classroom teaching model in teaching shows positive significance.With the continuous deepening of higher vocational education teaching reform,the traditional teaching mode is no longer suitable for the current talent training needs.From the perspective of application-oriented personnel training,curriculum design should be done well,video technology and network technology should be introduced into the teaching process of"metalworking practice",and flipped classroom teaching mode should be tried.Especially in metalworking practice teaching,the teaching quality is not good because of various problems.In view of this teaching situation,the flipped classroom teaching mode is now combined with metalworking practice teaching,hoping to provide valuable reference for improving the teaching quality of metalworking practice.
