摘要 当代大学生是一个特殊群体,与一般青年相比,大学生具有较高的智力水平、文化水平和自尊心,以及更高的抱负和追求。他们在面临更多机遇和挑战的同时,也要承受更大的心理压力,因此也是心理健康问题高发人群。近年来各心理学者致力于高校心理健康教育教学体系改革的研究,并形成多种新型教育模式,该文将以江西服装学院为例,从心理素质拓展视角对心理健康教育教学机制进行探究。 Contemporary college students are a special group.Compared with the general youth,college students have higher intellectual level,cultural level,self-esteem,and higher ambition and pursuit.They are faced with more opportunities and challenges,but also to bear greater psychological pressure,so there is also a high incidence of mental health problems.In recent years,psychologists have been committed to research on the teaching system reform of mental health education in colleges and universities,and formed a variety of new education models.This paper will take Jiangxi Institute of clothing as an example,and explore the teaching mechanism of mental health education from the perspective of psychological quality development.
