摘要
从目前的教学质量来看,大多乡村小规模学校的教学质量相比之下比较低,要提高教学质量就必须从教师身上着手,教师自身的文化大都是在长时间的工作过程中积累的,而这些不仅是对教师自身的进步发展有很大的帮助。对学校的进步发展也有很大的帮助作用,所以要想提高学校的教学质量就必须从教师身上开始着手,对教师自身物质方面和精神方面进行提升,使其在学校教学质量提升的过程中发挥重要作用。该文主要是针对乡村小规模学校教学质量的提升进行研究分析。
From the current teaching quality,the teaching quality of most small-scale rural schools is relatively low.To improve the teaching quality,we must start from the teachers.Most of the teachers’own culture is accumulated in the long-term work process,and these are not only great help to the progress and development of teachers themselves.It also has a great help to the progress and development of the school,so in order to improve the teaching quality of the school,we must start from the teachers,improve the physical and spiritual aspects of the teachers themselves,and make them play an important role in the process of improving the teaching quality of the school.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the improvement of teaching quality in small-scale rural schools.
