This paper focuses on the analysis of the practical strategies of the adjustment and optimization of the professional structure of higher vocational colleges,combined with the problems existing in the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges,from the reform of the management methods of specialty setting,the establishment of dynamic regulation and control mechanism of specialty setting,the strengthening of professional development planning,the innovation of talent training mode,the strengthening of connotation construction combined with the orientation of school running and specialty characteristics,and the construction of teaching resources The purpose of this paper is to realize the established goal of the adjustment and optimization of the professional structure and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
