摘要
当今社会是一个与时俱进、跨越式发展的年代。这就对大学生的知识水平和职业能力等提出了更高的要求,使大学生就业形势变得十分严峻。要想在这竞争激烈的环境中脱颖而出,融入社会、就业上岗,就必须在大学期间科学地、合理地制定职业生涯规划,使大学生有效地夯实基础,提高自身综合能力。该文就大学生如何制定职业生涯规划进行了探讨。
Today’s society is an era of advancing with the times and leaping development.This puts forward higher requirements for the knowledge level and professional ability of college students,which makes the employment situation of college students very severe.In order to stand out in this competitive environment,integrate into society and work,we must make scientific and reasonable career planning during the university period,so that college students can effectively consolidate the foundation and improve their comprehensive ability.This paper discusses how to make career planning for college students.
