小骨窗经侧裂脑内血肿清除术治疗中等量基底节出血的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of intracerebral hematoma removal via lateral fissure through small bone window in the treatment of moderate basal ganglia hemorrhage

目的:探讨采用小骨窗经侧裂脑内血肿清除术治疗中等量基底节出血的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2019年9月我科收治的出血量在25~50 mL的90例基底节出血患者,按治疗方式不同,分为对照组(43例)和治疗组(47例)。对照组行药物保守治疗,治疗组行小骨窗经侧裂脑内血肿清除术治疗,对两组患者治疗后的临床效果进行分析后比较。结果:治疗组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用小骨窗经侧裂脑内血肿清除术治疗中等量高血压性脑出血的临床效果优于药物保守治疗。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intracerebral hematoma removal via lateral fissure through small bone window in the treatment of moderate basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods:90 patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage with a bleeding volume of 25-50ML from January 2016 to September 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(43 cases)and the treatment group(47 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group were treated with conservative method with drugs,while the treatment group were treated with intracerebral hematoma removal via lateral fissure through the small bone window,with the clinical effects of the two groups analyzed and compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group;the clinical treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of intracerebral hematoma removal via lateral fissure through small bone window is better than that of the conservative treatment with drugs for moderate hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
