摘要
目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎期间实习护生心理、应对方式对专业认同的影响。方法:将焦虑自评量表、简易应对方式问卷和护士专业认同量表制作成问卷星,于2020年1月-3月对某三甲医院实习护生230人进行调查。结果:农村护生较城市护生有着更高的焦虑(P<0.05)。护生焦虑、应对方式与专业认同感具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎背景下,针对护生的心理状况,采取积极地应对方式,有利于提高护生的专业认同感。
Objective:To understand the impact of psychology and coping style of nursing students on professional identity during internship in the context of COVID-19.Methods:The self-rating anxiety scale,the simple coping style questionnaire and the professional Identity scale for nurses were developed into the questionnaire star.From January to March,2020,230 nursing students in a grade A hospital were investigated.Results:Rural nursing students had higher anxiety than urban nursing students(P<0.05).Nursing students'anxiety,coping style and professional identity were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the background of COVID-19,positive coping styles are conducive to improving the professional identity of nursing students according to their psychological status.
