预康复护理对ERCP术患者围手术期的临床干预效果分析

Clinical intervention effect of pre-rehabilitation nursing in perioperative ERCP patients

目的:探讨ERCP术围手术期患者预康复护理的效果。方法:选取南通大学附属医院消化内科拟实施ERCP术的患者,根据护理模式的不同分为观察组和对照组,分析两组患者在住院时间、并发症的发生率及围手术期的心理状态等方面的差异,分析两组患者护理的效果。结果:对照组平均住院时间为(6.2±1.8)d,观察组平均住院时间为(4.1±0.8)d,观察组患者的住院时间明显缩短。对照组患者发生胆道感染2例,消化道出血1例,发生率20.0%;而观察组患者仅仅发生胆道感染1例,其余常见术后并发症均未发现。与ERCP术前比较,两组患者的SAS值及SDS值均下降,且观察组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:积极有效地研究ERCP术患者围手术期的预康复护理措施,可以改善ERCP术患者的康复效果,降低并发症的发生率,从而改善患者的心理状态,有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of pre-rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of ERCP patients.Methods:The patients undergoing ERCP in the Department of Digestive Medicine of Nantong University Affiliated Hospital were selected as the research objects.The experimental group and the control group adopted different nursing modes respectively.The differences of nursing effects between the two groups were analyzed through hospitalization time,incidence of complications and psychological state during perioperative period.Results:The average length of stay was(6.2±1.8)days in the control group and(4.1±0.8)days in the experimental group,and the length of stay in the experimental group was significantly shortened.In the control group,2 patients had biliary tract infection,1 patient had gastrointestinal bleeding,and the incidence was 20.0%;in the experimental group,only 1 patient had biliary tract infection,and the other common postoperative complications were not found.The SAS value in the experimental group changed significantly before and after operation,and the SDS value of patients in the experimental group also improved significantly before and after operation.Conclusion:By active and effective studying the pre-rehabilitation nursing measures during the perioperative period of ERCP,the rehabilitation effect of ERCP patients can be improved,the incidence of complications can be reduced,and the psychological state of patients can be improved,which has active clinical value.
