摘要
通过内加热器保护套管的几何建模及初始边界条件的设定,采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟了套管在金属铝液中的温度场和应力场。模拟结果表明,内加热器套管在插入熔液的瞬时,套管位于液面下(0~700 mm)的部分承受的应力集中最大(9.5×10^7 Pa),等效热应力最高。温度场稳定后,液面附近区域(700 mm)的热应力最大(2.6×10^7 Pa),也最容易在该位置失效,符合实验验证的结果。
By the geometric modeling of the immersion heater sheath and the setting of initial boundary conditions,the temperature and stress fields of sheath in the molten aluminum were numerically analyzed by ABAQUS analysis system.The results of numerical simulation show that the maximum stress of immersion heater sheath is located in the area below metal level(0 mm to 700 mm)at the moment of insertion,and the Von Mises stress of 9.5×10^7 Pa at this area is highest.After the temperatnre field stabilizes,the thermal stress of immersion heater sheath in the area near the metal level(700 mm)is the largest(2.6×10^7 Pa),which is most easily to fail in this part.The conclusions are verified by the experiment results.
