液晶显示屏基板玻璃与盖板玻璃红外与拉曼光谱分析

Infrared and Raman Spectroscopy Analysis of Substrate Glass and Cover Glass in Liquid Crystal Display

摘要 基于液晶显示屏所用基板玻璃与盖板玻璃,以实验室熔制样品作为研究对象,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)与拉曼光谱对这两种玻璃进行了结构探索与对比分析。红外光谱表明,基板玻璃与盖板玻璃谱峰较为接近,中频区与高频区,基板玻璃的峰位处于更高的频率;而拉曼光谱结果表明,两种玻璃的Si-Onb非桥氧的存在形式均以Q^2和Q^3为主,且Q^3比例大于Q^2,而两种玻璃的Q^0与Q^1均很少,同时与红外光谱类似,基板玻璃在高频区的拉曼峰位比盖板玻璃处于更高的频率,且Q^3/Q^2值更高,表明基板玻璃网络结构中含有更高的桥氧比例,网络结构紧致度高于盖板玻璃。 Based on the substrate glass and cover glass used in the liquid crystal display,samples from the laboratory melting were used as the research object.The structure exploration and comparative analysis of these two glasses were carried out by FTIR and Raman spectroscopy.Infrared spectroscopy shows that the spectral peaks of the substrate glass and the cover glass are relatively close,and the peak position of the substrate glass is at a higher frequency in the intermediate frequency region and the high frequency region.The Raman spectrum results show that the existing forms of non-bridge oxygen in Si-Onb are mainly Q^2 and Q^3.And the ratio of Q^3 is greater than that of Q^2,while the Q^0 and Q^1 of the two glasses are less,and similar to the infrared spectrum,the Raman peak position of the substrate glass in the high frequency region is higher than that of the cover glass at a higher frequency.And the Q^3/Q^2 value is higher,it indicates that the substrate glass network structure contains a higher proportion of bridge oxygen,and the network structure is more compact than the cover glass.
