泵站性能测试虚拟仿真实验平台设计与实现 被引量:8

摘要 针对学校当前泵站性能测试实验平台存在台套数不足、实验成本过高等问题,采用机电一体化仿真软件Virtual Universe Pro设计实现了泵站性能测试虚拟仿真平台。介绍了泵站性能测试实验装置的构造;以此为基础,进行装置主要零部件测绘与SolidWorks三维建模,通过3DXML格式导入虚拟仿真环境;进行系统人机交互界面、可视化数据驱动机制,以及PLC虚拟仿真控制系统的设计;以流道选择操作为例说明整个虚拟仿真实验系统的工作过程。基于所开发的虚拟仿真实验平台,师生可开展多个泵站性能测试实验。从使用效果来看,该虚拟仿真平台人机交互界面友好,功能基本能够满足课程实验的要求,对提高学生的学习兴趣和实验探究能力,具有良好的促进作用。 In view of the problems of insufficient experimentaldevices and high cost of the current pump station performance test experiment platform,a virtual simulation experiment platform for pump station performance test is designed and implemented by Virtual Universe Pro software.First,the construction of the prototype system of the pump station performance test experimental device in our university is introduced.Based on this,3D models of the main parts of the device are constructed by SolidWorks.Then,human-computer interface,the visual data driving mechanism,and the PLC virtual simulation control system are designed.Finally,the working process of the whole virtual simulation experiment system is showed by an example.Based on the virtual simulation experiment platform,teachers and students can carry out many projects of pump station performance test experiments.From the perspective of the effect of students’use,the virtual simulation experiment platform has a friendly human-computer interface,and its function can basically meet the requirements of curriculum experiment,which plays a good role in promoting students’learning interest and experimental exploration ability.
