摘要
为更好培养本科生创新能力,结合汽车发动机前端附件最新研究技术及其张紧器的独特性与关键性,将校企合作课题中的张紧器动态特性实验设计转化为汽车专业本科实验教学内容。介绍了张紧器的结构功能;结合实车零件测试,利用大型设备资源,设计了实验方法;对比分析结果,并进行了实验拓展。该科研转化实验设计,不仅丰富与提升了实验内容,还带给学生前沿技术与创新品质,有利于激发学生的创新精神,训练学生的创新思维,最终达到培养学生创新能力的目的。
In order to better cultivate the innovation ability of undergraduates,combined with the latest research technology of automobile engine front-end accessories and the uniqueness of the tensioner,the experimental design of the tensioner dynamic characteristics in the school-enterprise cooperation project is transformed into the undergraduate experiment teaching content of vehicle engineering.By introducing the structure and function of the tensioner,combining with the test cases of real car parts and using the resources of large equipment,the experiment method is presented.The results are compared and analyzed,and the experiment is extended.The experimental design of scientific research transformation not only enriches and improves the experimental content,but also brings students advanced technology and innovative quality,which is conducive to inspiring students’innovative spirit,training students’innovative thinking,and ultimately cultivating students’innovative practice ability.
