摘要
电气控制与PLC是电气类、自动化类专业一门重要的综合性专业课程,涉及电控系统、PLC控制系统及其在逻辑控制、过程控制和运动控制等领域中的应用。传统的单一实践教学平台难以满足创新型和复合型人才培养的要求。结合参加"西门子杯"中国智能制造挑战赛和"台达杯"高校自动化设计大赛的经验,探索并构建电气控制与PLC多层次实践教学平台,形成一套涵盖基础实验、虚拟仿真实验、综合课程设计、学科竞赛等多种教学模式的立体式实践教学体系,促进了电气控制与PLC课堂教学与实践教学、学科竞赛与创新创业的深度融合,有力保证了学生工程实践能力和创新能力的不断提升。
Electrical control and PLC is an important comprehensive course for electrical and automation majors,involving electronic control system,PLC control system and their application in logic control,process control and motion control.Traditional single practical teaching platform is difficult to meet the requirements for training innovative and compound talents.Based on the experience in China intelligent manufacturing challenge and college automation design competition,this paper explores and constructs a multi-level practical teaching platformforelectrical control and PLC.A set of three-dimensional practical teaching system covering basic experiment,virtual simulation experiment,comprehensive curriculum design and subject competition has been developed.It promotes the deep integration of electrical control and PLC classroom teaching and practical teaching,subject competition and innovation,effectively ensures the continuous improvement of students’engineering practice ability and innovation ability.
