摘要
以科学研究前沿和热点的药物亲和反应靶标稳定性(DARTS)技术为切入点,设计了"利用DARTS技术验证小分子化合物与维甲酸受体相关孤儿受体γt(RORγt)蛋白相互作用"的综合实验,并应用于药物化学生物学实验教学。教学实践表明,该实验的设计和实施,可使学生深入、全面、系统地理解与掌握DARTS技术,增强学生实验的严谨意识与规范操作意识,最终达到开拓学生知识视野、培养创新意识和创新技能的教学目标。
Drug affinityresponsive target stability(DARTS)is a relatively quick and straightforward approach to identify potential protein targets of small molecules,which is developed and published in 2009 and widely used in research work.We designed a laboratory-based course to verify the interaction between small molecule compounds and retinoic acid receptor-associated orphan receptor γt(RORγt)protein based on the DARTS technique in medicinal chemical biology experiments teaching for undergraduates.The teaching practice indicates this laboratory class can foster students a better understanding for the theoretical knowledge,research process,and related instruments involved in DARTS experiment,help students to improve their experimental skill and self-learning capability,and finally develop the students’intuition,critical thinking and innovative skill.
