摘要
近几年,高校人工气候室的数量快速增长,但在建设运行中存在缺少统筹规划,缺乏规范管理和有效监督等问题。为了解决这些问题,保障人工气候室的安全高效运转,从人员管理,制度管理,收费管理方面进行调整和优化,结合国家重点实验室共享型人工气候室在建设和管理方面的经验,探索了相应的管理制度,包括分级管理制度、收费管理制度、准入制度、考核制度。通过分享这些管理经验,给广大高校的相关管理者和使用者提供参考。
In recent years,the number of artificial climate chamber increases rapidly in universities.However,there are some operation and administration problems,such as lack of overall planning,lack of standardized management and effective supervision.To solve these problems,personnel management,system management and charging management should be adjusted and optimized.Based on the experiences of establishment and management for sharing artificial climate chamber in our state key lab,a refined management system was discussed in this paper.It includes hierarchical management system,charging management system,access system and assessment system.With sharing management experience,some references can be offered to manager and user of artificial climate chamber in university.
