提高王场油田固井质量的控制措施探讨

摘要 王场油田钻井完井过程中,井漏、溢流等井下复杂情况较为常见,给固井质量带来较多隐患。为了提高王场油田井下复杂情况下的固井质量,降低钻井成本,提高综合开发效益,通过优化设计、预留技术套管,优化轨迹、避开复杂层段、双凝双密度固井方式和特殊固井程序等技术措施,以及通过固井质量评价找准关键问题、技术交底、“工程地质一体化”、加大施工监督力度等管理措施,提高复杂状况条件下的固井质量,提升开发投资综合效益。 During the completion process of drilling in Wangchang Oilfield,the downhole complications such as leakage and overflow are common,which brings more hidden dangers to cementing quality.In order to improve the cementing quality,reduce the drilling cost and promote the comprehensive development efficiency of Wangchang Oilfield.Such technical measures are taken as optimizing the design,reserving the technical casing,optimizing the trajectory,avoiding the complex layer section,double-condensate and double-density cementing and special cementing procedures,and such control measures as the key problems targeted by the cement quality evaluation,technical disclosure,“integration of engineering and geology”and strengthening the operation supervision,to improve cementing quality under complex conditions and comprehensive benefit of development investment.
