摘要
在三甘醇脱水装置检修中,发现重沸器烟火管外壁、精馏柱换热管束及干气与贫液换热器换热管束腐蚀,重沸器罐、贫液缓冲罐底部污泥淤积,鲍尔环填料部位被焦结物堵塞,以及三甘醇溶液有时会出现发泡变质等问题,提出扩大重沸器罐、贫液缓冲罐底部排污口并加装控制阀门,定期检查更换重沸器烟火管,增加干气与贫液换热器旁通等相应的改进措施,,确保脱水装置安、稳、长、满、优运行,提高装置运行效率和安全运行等级。
In the overhaul of the triethylene glycol dehydration unit,it is found that there are such problems as corrosion of the outer wall of the reboiler pyrotechnic pipe,the heat transfer tube bundle of rectification column and the heat exchange tube bundle of the dry gas and barren liquid heat exchanger,the sludge deposit at the bottoms of the reboiler tank and the barren liquid buffer tank,the packing of Bauer ring being blocked by coke and sometimes the foaming deterioration of the triethylene glycol solution.For all those,the improvements are made including enlarging the sewage outlet at the bottoms of the reboiler tank and the barren buffer tank and adding the control valves,regularly checking and replacing the pyrotechnic pipe of the reboiler,and installing the bypass of the dry gas and barren liquid heat exchanger,so as to ensure the safe,stable,long,full-load and optimal operation of the dehydration unit,and improve its operation efficiency and safe operation level.
