摘要
涪陵页岩气井的井身结构相对较成熟,但依然存在导管、一开井眼尺寸大,机械钻速低,Φ311.2mm井眼扭方位困难等缺点。通过分析地质环境,梳理现有井身结构存在的不足,进一步优化了涪陵页岩气田的井身结构,焦石主体区块取消导管。2017年后优化的井身结构广泛应用于涪陵工区,钻井速度提高近10%,单井成本有不同程度的降低。
The well structure of the Fuling shale gas well is relatively established,but there are still some disadvantages such as large size of conductor pipe and first-spud wellbore,low ROP and difficulty to change orientation in theφ311.2 mm wellbore.By analyzing the geological environment,combing out the existing defects of the well structure,further optimizing the well structure of the Fuling shale gas field,and removing the conductor pipe from the main block of Jiaoshiba.After 2017,the optimized well structure has been widely used in the Fuling area,with the ROP increase by nearly 10%and cost reduction in a single well to some extent.
