摘要
为了实现“能效倍增”计划,适应低成本开发战略需要,针对地层能量下降,低液、低泵效井较多的现状,江汉油区持续加强生产参数的优化调整,在应用变频器、低速电机的基础上,积极开展双减速变冲次装置、永磁智能调速电机的应用试验,取得了较好的节能效果,为油田的可持续发展提供技术支撑。
In order to realize the plan of“energy efficiency multiplication”and meet the need of low-cost development strategy,the optimization and adjustment of production parameters in Jianghan oil area is continuously conducted to deal with the issues of depleted formation energy,low-level liquid and low pump efficiency of wells.On the basis of the application of frequency converters and low speed motors,the field test of the double-speed reducer variable stroke unit and permanent magnet intelligent speed regulating motor is vigorously carried out,to achieve the better energy-efficient results and provide support for the sustainable development of the oil field.
