On Ways of Improving the Political Quality of Party Members in Organs

建设一支政治素质过硬的机关党员队伍,必须一以贯之加强机关党员理论武装,在理论学习中悟本求源,提高政治站位,在《党章》通读中追忆初心,提高政治担当,在制度落实中保障效果,提高政治定力;必须凝心聚力加强机关党员发展动力,高质量落实“马上就办”服务要求,多形式密切联系基层群众;必须驰而不息锻造机关党员政治生态,压实党员责任,严格组织纪律,严肃执纪问责。

In order to build a team of Party members in the organs with excellent political quality,we must strengthen the theoretical accumulation of Party members,understand the origin and fundamentals of the theory,improve the political position,recall the initial thoughts by reading through the Party Constitution,enhance the political responsibility,guarantee the effect in the system implementation,and promote the political stability.We must concentrate on strengthening the development drive of the Party members in the organs,implement the service requirements for“immediate operation”in a high quality and keep close contacts with the grassroots people in many forms.We must forge the political ecology of the Party members in the organs in a continuous manner,consolidate the Party members's responsibilities,strictly follow organization disciplines,and seriously enforce the accountability and execution of disciplines.
