摘要
江汉油田女职工先进典型培训与管理工作经历了:“等待典型”“呼唤典型”和“培育典型”三个阶段。油田女职工先进典型群体存在着分布领域广、自我付出多、情感磁场强三个特点。在女职工先进典型培育工作上,要营造有利于先进典型成长的“生态园”,要打造有利于先进典型成才的“孵化器”,要完善有利于先进典型成熟的“生产线”。在女职工先进典型管理工作上,要以先进典型引领人,为女工队伍建设树立新路标;要以先进典型影响人,为构建和谐矿区注入正能量;要以先进典型凝聚人,为助推企业发展添加生产力。同时也要意识到女职工先进典型也需要理解和关爱、激励和驱动、突破和升华。
The cultivation and management of the advanced models of female staff members in Jianghan oilfield has experienced three stages:“waiting for models”,“calling models”and“cultivating models”.The advanced model groups of female staff members in the oilfield have three characteristics:a wide distribution,a lot of gives of themselves and a strong emotional magnetic field.In the cultivation of the advanced models of female staff members,it is necessary to create an“ecological park”,build an“incubator”,and improve a mature“production line”,which are all conducive to the growth of the advanced models.In the management of the advanced models of female staff members,we must lead people with the advanced models and set a new guide post for the building of female workers;we must use the advanced models to influence people and infuse positive energy into building of a harmonious oilfield community;we must use the advanced models to gather people and boost the development and productivity of enterprises.meanwhile,we must also realize that the advanced female staff members also need understanding and caring,inspiring and motivating,breakthrough and sublimation.
