一线职工文化体育活动开展情况的调查

摘要 坪北经理部一线平台职工生活单调,文体活动单一,职业倦怠日益增强。采用问卷调查的形式,收集一线员工对文体活动的需求,进行数据分析,发现岗位受限制、活动形式单一、积极性不高等制约着文体活动的开展。结合平台一人一岗,三月一轮休的实际,从岗位受限心无限、创新活动聚人心、激发潜力变动力和因地制宜抓落实等四个维度进行积极思考,提出了具有可操作性的对策,可有效缓解员工的职业倦怠。 The front staff members present the increased job burnout due to their monotonous life and dull recreational and sports activities at the well pads of the Pingbei management department.By means of questionnaire survey,the paper finds that the development of the recreational and sports activities is restricted by post,dull activities and low enthusiasm by collecting the demands of front-line staff members for recreational and sports activities and analyzing the data.Combined with the practice of one post for one person and one time off every three months at the well pad,the author comes up with such operable measures to effectively alleviate their job burnout as unlimited mind from job restriction,gathering people's minds in creative activities,motive force from stimulating their potentials and grasping the implementation in terms of local conditions.
