在采气工程项目施工中时常会发生泄漏、翻塔等安全事故。要避免采气施工中的安全事故,加强采气项目组安全生产管理,必须强化教育培训工作,提高安全生产能力;落实安全责任制度,提升履责意识;狠反生产“三违”现象,提高全员执行力;强化安全监管工作,消除事故隐患;加强交通安全管理,杜绝交通事故。

Safety accidents such as leakage and tower crane overturning often occur during the construction of gas production projects.In order to avoid the safety accidents in gas production construction and tighten the safety management of gas production project teams,it is necessary to enhance the education and training to improve production safety capabilities,implement the safety responsibility system to boost the awareness of responsibility performance,tighten the supervision of“three violations”in production to increase the executive force by the whole staff,strengthen the safety supervision to eliminate hidden dangers and promote the traffic safety management to eliminate traffic accidents.
