摘要
产教融合是大学借助组织外溢性开展的一种新兴人才培养式,通过深化校企合作、加强产业和教育的深度融合,培养适应现代科技发展的高质量人才。通过知识图谱对近十年来产教融合的研究面貌进行系统回顾发现:职业院校的产教融合研究仍为主流;产教融合相关研究的机构和作者之间合作性不强;研究热点主要集聚在协同育人、创新创业教育、现代职业教育、地方高校转型发展与一带一路四个主题上;产教融合具有政策导向特点,发展快、效果显著,正在由职业院校渗透入地方本科高校。
The integration of industry and education is an emerging talent cultivation mode carried out by the university with the help of organizational spillover, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, strengthening the in-depth integration of industry and education, and cultivating high-quality talents adapted to the development of modern science and technology. A systematic review of the research on the integration of industry and education in the past ten years is made by means of the knowledge map. The cooperation between the institutions and the authors of the research on the integration of industry and education is not strong. The research focuses on four topics: collaborative education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, modern vocational education, transformation and development of local universities and One Belt And One Road.The integration of industry and education is characterized by policy orientation, rapid development and remarkable effect.
