摘要
研究了普通轧制和TMCP控制轧制工艺对Nb-V微合金化EH36级海洋石油平台EH36级热轧H型钢低温冲击性能的影响,并对试样冲击断口形貌和显微组织进行了观察分析。结果表明:粗大的铁素体晶粒和针状组织所形成的混晶组织是导致EH36级海洋石油平台用热轧H型钢低温冲击性能低的主要原因。通过采用高温再结晶区和低温未再结晶区控制轧制的生产工艺,海洋石油平台用H型钢晶粒度可细化至10级,-40℃冲击功达140 J以上。
The effects of conventional rolling and TMCP controlled rolling on the low temperature impact properties of Nb-V microalloyed EH36 grade hot rolled H-beam for offshore oil platform were studied,and the impact fracture morphology and microstructure of the samples were observed and analyzed.The results show that the mixed grain structure formed by coarse ferrite grain and acicular structure is the main reason for the poor low temperature impact property of EH36 grade hot rolled H-beam steel for offshore oil platform.The grain size of H-beam steel for offshore oil platform can be refined to grade 10 and the impact energy at-40℃can be more than 140 J by adopting the controlled rolling process of high temperature recrystallization zone and low temperature non recrystallization zone.
