特钢棒材端面喷漆机器人喷涂系统 被引量:3

摘要 为解决特钢棒材端面人工喷漆过程中污染环境、危害人体健康的问题,搭建了基于机器视觉的特钢棒材端面喷漆机器人喷涂系统,并重点研究了视觉图像处理技术及喷涂管路系统。利用视觉图像处理技术对特钢棒材端面进行识别与定位,实时获取棒材端面的中心坐标,指导喷漆机器人对棒材端面喷漆作业。同时介绍了图像的处理方法。经验证,该系统稳定、可靠,可满足特钢棒材端面喷漆要求,且操作简单、方便。 In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution and human health in the process of manual painting of special steel bar end,a robot spraying system based on machine vision for special steel bar end was built,and the visual image processing technology and spraying pipeline system were mainly studied.Visual image processing technology is used to identify and locate the special steel bar end,so that the center coordinates of bar end face can be obtained in real time,which can guide the spray-painting robot to paint the bar end face.At the same time,the image processing method is introduced,too.After verification,the system is stable and reliable,which can meet the requirements of spray painting of special steel bar end,and the operation is simple and convenient.
