摘要 大型旋转机械振动值异常是发电厂中常有的问题,如何正确高效地处理旋转机械振动异常这个问题对电厂的发展以及经济效益有着很大的影响,同时也是使设备组长时间平稳运行的关键问题。使用振动分析仪对某发电公司汽泵前置泵故障进行振动分析结合故障诊断技术的理论和维护经验,确定造成此故障的原因在于叶片通过频率振动。对此采取轴承座加支撑、优化进口管道布置等措施消除了设备隐患。振动分析仪在振动故障诊断分析以及正确处理故障中发挥了不可替代的作用。鉴此,振动分析仪是实施状态检修和优化检修提供服务的必要工具。 Abnormal vibration value of large-scale rotating machinery is a common problem in power plants.How to correctly and efficiently deal with the abnormal vibration value of rotating machinery has a great impact on the development of power plants and economic benefits,and it is also the key problem to make the equipment run smoothly for a long time.Using vibration analyzer to analyze the fault of steam pump booster pump in a power generation company,combined with the theory of fault diagnosis technology and maintenance experience,it is determined that the fault is caused by the blade frequency vibration.In order to solve this problem,some measures were taken,such as bearing support,optimizing the layout of inlet pipeline,etc.Vibration analyzer plays an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis and analysis of vibration fault and the correct treatment of fault.In view of this,vibration analyzer is a necessary tool for condition based maintenance and optimization maintenance.
