体验式教学法在大学生职业发展教育系列课程教学中的应用路径探析

摘要 近年职业发展教育在高校教育中倍受重视,与大学生就业之间的关联也受到了各界的普遍关注。当代大学生存在目标缺失、就业内外动力不足的问题,对大学生进行职业发展教育是高校的重任,更是社会的需求。传统的课程教学大多偏向理论传授,然而体验式教学模式融入大学生职业发展教育系列课程开始被广泛关注。该文论述了当代大学生目前存在的职业发展问题,并借助体验式教学法对大学生职业发展教育的路径进行了探析。 In recent years, vocational development education has been paid more attention in college education, and the relationship between vocational development education and college students’ employment has also been widely concerned by all walks of life. Contemporary college students are lack of goals and lack of internal and external motivation for employment. It is an important task for colleges and universities to carry out career development education for college students, which is also the social demand. Most of the traditional curriculum teaching tends to impart theory. However, the experiential teaching mode has been widely concerned. This paper discusses the current career development problems of contemporary college students, and analyzes the path of College Students’ career development education with the help of experiential teaching methods.
