随着现代化网络技术迅猛发展,科技信息化系统管理理念的提升,高校大型仪器设备开放共享平台将是高等教育信息化战略和基础能力建设的重要组成部分,也将是高等学校探索合作交流、资源共享、联合办学机制与模式的一项重要举措,该文对如何打破原有各自为政的资源配置与利用模式,促进高校内部办学资源共享理念与机制的建立,使有限的办学资源得到充分利用并进行阐述。

With the rapid development of modern network technology and the promotion of the management concept of science and technology information system,open sharing platform of large-scale instruments and equipment in universities is an important part of informatization strategy and basic capacity building of higher education.It is also an important measure for colleges and universities to explore cooperative exchange,resource sharing and joint running mechanism and mode.This paper discusses how to break the original mode of resource allocation and utilization,and promote the idea and mechanism of resource sharing within universities.Establish and make full use of the limited resources of running a school.
