初中是成长的关键时期,学生思想的转变、心理的成熟、性格的确定都在这一时期完成。而班级又是学生发展的关键平台,班级的氛围对学生有着积极的影响。可见,科学的班级管理是非常重要的。该文旨在通过对当前初中班级管理出现的问题进行分析,结合新时代的教育管理的要求,探究新时代初中班级管理的有效措施,故而,在进行班级管理时,一定要充分发挥班主任的作用,通过引导等多种方式,切实实现班级的科学管理,促进学生的发展。

Junior high school is the key period of growth,in which students’ ideological transformation,psychological maturity and personality determination are completed.Class is the key platform for students’ development,and the atmosphere of class has a positive impact on students.Therefore,scientific class management is very important.This paper aims to analyze the problems in the current junior high school class management,combined with the requirements of the new era of education management,explore the effective measures of the new era of junior high school class management,therefore,in the class management,we must give full play to the role of the class teacher,through a variety of ways,such as guidance,to realize the scientific management of the class and promote the development of students.
