摘要
该研究以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,以帕森斯、霍兰德、施恩的人职匹配理论作为研究框架,设计职业生涯规划教育模型,从新时代大学生的职业兴趣、职业能力和职业性格这3个方面分别进行职业匹配研究,为职业生涯规划教育的研究者和实践者提出建议与策略,从而为努力实现更高质量和更充分就业提供新思路、新途径和新方法。
This study is guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and based on Parsons,Holland,and Schein’s theory of person-vocation fit as the research framework to design a career planning education model.On the aspects of professional interest,professional ability and professional personality,it provides suggestions and strategies for researchers and practitioners of career planning education,so as to provide new ideas,new ways and new methods for striving to achieve higher quality and fuller employment.
