摘要
马铃薯疮痂病已成为当前马铃薯逐年大面积生产的重要土传病害之一,为明确马铃薯疮痂病病菌与块茎表型性状的关系,通过盆栽接菌方法,对113份马铃薯种质资源进行抗性鉴定,并对其块茎表型性状进行了统计分析。结果表明,马铃薯疮痂病抗性与块茎表皮皮孔密度具有显著负相关关系,疮痂病抗性与块茎表皮光滑度具有正相关关系,疮痂病抗性与马铃薯薯型、块茎的芽眼类型不存在显著的相关关系,块茎肉色和皮色对种质资源疮痂病的抗性水平影响差异显著,其中紫色肉质的种质资源疮痂指数显著高于白色、红色和黄色肉质的种质资源。块茎皮孔密度和表皮光滑度可以作为田间育种中,快速评价筛选抗疮痂病后代的辅助指标之一。
Due to the large area planting of potato every year,potato common scab has become one of the important soil-borne diseases at present.In order to clarify the relationship between potato common scab resistance and tuber phenotypic traits,potted inoculum method was used in this study,resistance of 113 potato germplasm resources had been identified,and phenotypic traits of tubers had been analyzed.The results showed that:there was a significant negative correlation between potato common scab resistance and tuber epidermal lenticels density,common scab resistance had a positive correlation with tuber epidermal smoothness.There was no significant correlation between scab resistance and tuber type and tuber bud-eye type.The effect of tuber fleshy color and skin color on germplasm resource resistance to common scab was significantly different.Purple fleshy germplasm resources had significantly higher common scab index than white,red and yellow fleshy germplasm resources.Tuber epidermal lenticels density and epidermal smoothness could be used as one of the auxiliary indicators for rapid evaluation and screening of common scab resistance in field breeding.
