摘要
该文提出了一种变化检测方法,该方法将高分辨率遥感影像与矢量数据相结合,用于地理和国情监测。首先,分析了遥感图像与矢量数据拟合结果的不一致。通过应用矢量数据来辅助分割,提出了一种获得更均匀图像斑块的方法。此外,该文提出了一种基于历史矢量和双时相遥感影像的变化检测方法,并通过实验证明了其可行性。
This paper presents a change detection method,which combines high-resolution remote sensing images with vector data for geographic and national conditions monitoring.Firstly,the inconsistency between the fitting results of remote sensing image and vector data is analyzed.By using vector data to assist segmentation,a method to obtain more uniform image patches is proposed.In addition,this paper proposes a change detection method based on historical vector and dual temporal remote sensing images,and proves its feasibility through experiments.
