近年来在"双创"和"新工科"背景下,我国各个高校都提出了自身关于研究生人才培养的新模式,地方高校校企合作研究生培养模式可以有效提高研究生的实践能力,利于学生创新能力、逻辑思维能力、自主学习能力的发展。该文阐述了"双创"和"新工科"背景下地方高校校企合作人才培养新模式的策略,以期能够提升高校研究生人才培养水平。

In recent years,under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and "new engineering",each university in China has put forward its own new mode of postgraduate training.The mode of school enterprise cooperation in local universities can effectively improve the practical ability of graduate students,and is conducive to the development of students’ innovation ability,logical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability.This paper expounds the strategy of the new mode of school enterprise cooperation in local colleges and Universities under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and "new engineering",in order to improve the level of graduate training in Colleges and universities.
