时代在发展、科技在进步,科学技术与人们生活之间的联系越来越紧密,信息技术应用能力已经成为影响个人生活质量的一项基本能力,信息技术与农业的结合更是对农业的发展有着重要的促进作用。但是,由于年龄、学历等因素的限制,农民的信息技术应用能力大都不高,故优化电大信息技术课堂、提升农民大学生的信息技术应用能力,是落实一村一名大学生计划、推广农业科技的必然步骤,也是我们每一位信息技术老师都不可忽视的责任。

In the development of the times,science and technology in progress,science and technology and people’s life more and more closely linked,the application of information technology has become a basic ability to affect the quality of personal life,the combination of information technology and agriculture is an important role in promoting the development of agriculture.However,due to the limitation of factors such as age,educational background,most of the farmers’ information technology application ability is not high,so the optimization of radio and television university information technology classroom,promote farmers to college students’ information technology application ability,is to carry out the plan of a college student in one village ",the promotion of agricultural science and technology of the necessary steps,also is our each the responsibility of the information technology teachers are not to be ignored.
