基于职业素质培养的护理专业实训室文化建设实践与思考

护理专业院校进行实训室文化建设,对职业学校护理专业人才培养提升有非常重要的作用。当前,医疗文化建设中,不仅要求护理专业院校培训人才要对人才的护理专业技能进行培训,更要求护理专业培训对人才的职业素养进行培养。而通过实训室文化建设能够有效地提升护理专业人才职业素养。该文笔者阐述了以职业素养培训为目标的实训室建设指导思想,并总结了实训室文化建设具体内容。

The construction of training room culture in nursing professional colleges has a very important role in the training and promotion of nursing professionals in vocational schools.At present,in the construction of medical culture,not only the training of nursing professional colleges is required to train the nursing professional skills of talents,but also the training of nursing professional is required to cultivate the professional qualities of talents.And through the training room culture construction can effectively improve the professional quality of nursing professionals.In this article,the author expounds the guiding ideology of training room construction aiming at vocational quality training,and summarizes the specific contents of the training room culture construction.
