北方高校体育教学中冰雪项目教学研究

Research on the Teaching of Ice and Snow Items in Physical Education in North Universities

随着我国教育体制的不断改革,高校体育教育更注重对学生综合素质的培养和提高。在北方高等学校的教育中,冬季体育教学占有非常重要的地位,而冰雪项目是一种较为特殊的体育训练方式,既可以提高学生的整体团队协作的能力,还有助于学生形成积极进取的精神,可以极大地加强学生的主观能动性。它在高校体育教学中起到十分重要的作用,对我国的高校体育教学而言,意义非凡。在北方高校中大力开展冰雪运动的课程,是实现北方高等学校体育教学改革、丰富教学内容的重中之重。冬奥会申请成功后,习近平总书记提出“参赛也要出彩”“带动三亿人参与冰雪运动”,在做好冬奥会备战工作的同时,鼓励全民参与冰雪运动。所以,开发建设北方高校冰雪运动课程势在必行。鉴于此,该文旨在根据目前高校冰雪项目中出现的和存在的问题,分析其原因,找到问题的所在,对症下药,给出适合冰雪项目在高校体育教学运用的方法和措施。

With the continuous reform of China's education system,college physical education pays more attention to the cultivation and improvement of students'comprehensive quality.In the education of northern colleges and universities,winter sports teaching occupies a very important position,and ice and snow sports is a relatively special way of sports training,which can not only improve the overall team cooperation ability of students,but also help students form a positive and enterprising spirit,which can greatly strengthen the subjective initiative of students.It plays a ver y important role in college physical education.It is of great signif icance to the College Physical Education in China.In the northern colleges and universities to vigorously carry out the course of ice and snow sports is to achieve the reform of physical education in northern colleges and universities,enriching the teaching content of the top priority.After the Winter Olympic Games were successfully applied,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward that"competition should also be"and"bring the three hundred million people to participate in ice and snow sports".While preparing for the Winter Olympic Games,we should encourage al l people to participate in ice and snow sports.Therefore,it is imperative to develop and construct ice and snow sports courses in northern colleges and universities.In view of this,this paper aims to analyze the causes of the problems existing in the ice and snow sports in Colleges and universities,f ind out the problems,and put forward the methods and measures suitable for the application of ice and snow sports in college physical education.
