贯通培养体系下基础教育阶段教师成长路径探究

摘要 北京市于2015年启动七年制高端技术技能人才贯通培养试验项目,迄今为止涌现越来越多的相关研究成果,涉及贯通人才培养方案、课程体系、学生管理、组织架构等多个方面。该文关注贯通培养体系下基础教育阶段教师的成长,探究其成长路径,强调建设动态的课程体系、丰富的活动、多维的角色体验以激发教师的积极性、主动性、创新性。 In 2015,Beijing started the run-through cultivation program which can support students’ precious opportunity to learn uninterrupted from high school to college in 7 years.Up to now,more and more researching achievements appear,including how to cultivate students,how to design a variety of courses,how to create the most suitable organization and managemen.This paper focuses on teachers of basic education stage,exploring how to promote teachers’ growth and development,emphasizing we should set up dynamic curriculum system and all kinds of activities to make teachers feel different roles in order to stimulate enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.
