摘要
用药安全是医疗管理的核心内容之一,处方调剂影响患者用药安全。门诊处方调剂管理标准以保障患者用药安全为核心,以国家相关政策法规内容为依据,综合医院评审标准要求、行业专家意见、行业现状和发展方向等多方因素,坚持科学性、通用性、指导性和可操作性原则,对处方审核、处方调配、药品发放、用药指导4个环节进行规范,可成为指导医疗机构处方调剂工作开展的依据。
Drug safety is the core contents of medical management.Prescription dispensing affects the drug safety of patients.The management standard of prescription dispensing in outpatient service is to ensure the safety of medication for patients,by using relevant national policies and regulations requirements as basis,and integrating different factors including hospital accreditation standards,industry expert opinion,industry status and industry development direction.It adheres to the scientificity,universality,guidance and maneuverability,and standardizes the four links of prescription review,prescription dispensing,medicine distribution and medicine use guidance,which can be a basis for guiding the prescription dispensing in medical institutions.
