摘要
微波炉在大货生产时可能出现门体微波泄露的问题,为尽快找出解决问题的方案,本文采用计算机电磁场仿真技术,对两种不同体积的微波炉进行准确实体建模,经过仿真运算得到的结果与实际测试数据一致,在此基础上对微波炉门体的门齿进行了优化。通过仿真得出门体门齿的优化设计方案,手板测试的结果显示一种微波炉门体应用于两种不同平台的微波炉漏波都得到了改善。
In the bulk production of microwave oven may appear the door microwave leakage problem,in order to find out the solution as soon as possible,in this paper,the computer electromagnetic field simulation technology is used to accurately model two microwave ovens of different volumes,and the results obtained by simulation are consistent with the actual test data,on this basis,the incisors of the microwave oven door are optimized.The optimized design of the incisors of the door is obtained through simulation calculation.The test results of the handmade door show that the leakage wave of the microwave oven door applied to two different platforms is improved.
