行星式滚筒挤出机对填料分散的影响

摘要 本文对行星式滚筒挤出机在炼胶工艺中的应用进行研究,行星式滚筒挤出机具有小的体积和非常大的接触表面积,小体积增加了操作和环境安全系数,而大的接触面积确保在高速输送下完全混合和均匀化。使用行星式滚筒进行分散的胶料的门尼黏度、应变模量、损耗模量都比较低,同时,Phillips分散等级高于或等于密炼工艺。 This article studies the application of the planetary roller extruder in the rubber mixing process.The planetary roller extruder has a small volume and a very large contact surface area.The small volume increases the operating and environmental safety factor,while the large contact area ensures complete mixing under high-speed transportation.The Mooney viscosity,strain modulus,and loss modulus of the compound dispersed by planetary rollers are relatively low.At the same time,the Phillips dispersion grade is higher than or equal to the internal mixing process.
