水泥生产线设备管理可细化分解成巡检管理、润滑管理、维修管理、备品备件管理、现场管理等几个方面。智能化点巡检作业具备快速准确判断故障的能力,可通过振动测量、温度测量、图像采集等,获取大量点巡检数据,并在服务器上对数据进行分析,对设备运行中的潜在异常情况进行预警,大大降低了设备故障的发生率。设备润滑要实行专业化集中管理,由生产部门负责领导,各车间建立相应的设备润滑台账,对大型主机设备油站定期取样化验,做好油质监测。设备维修和维护要严格按照检修作业规程进行,对于大型主机设备还需适当引入专业维修队伍;备件管理要保证合理库存量,控制备件储备资金占比;现场管理要大力推行6S管理,塑造干净整洁的工作场所。
